Only where necessary to deliver the service: brokers and shippers for load setup and booking, your factoring company where applicable, and vetted service providers such as our hosting and email platforms. Each is bound by confidentiality obligations.

Documents are retained according to the schedule agreed with you and applicable FMCSA record-keeping requirements. You may request a copy of your data or its deletion, subject to legal retention obligations, at any time.
