Dispatch desk answered 24/7 — nights, weekends and holidays. Dedicated lanes available now.

Why choose us

Every dispatch company says the same six things. Here is what we will put in writing.

Compare us honestly against your current dispatcher — or against doing it yourself. If we cannot beat what you have, we will tell you on the first call.

  • Contractual no-forced-dispatch
  • Max 4 trucks per dispatcher
  • Weekly written scorecard

The short answer

What does “no forced dispatch” actually mean?

No forced dispatch means you are never penalised for turning a load down. Every load is offered — you see the rate, the lane and the broker before anything is booked, and you approve it. MSM Transit puts that in the agreement rather than describing it as a culture.

The commitment carriers ask about most

Looking for no-forced-dispatch trucking companies?

It is the single most searched-for promise in dispatch, and the one most often made verbally and broken quietly. Here is the version we will sign.

  • Every load is offered, never assigned. Rate, lane, broker and appointment times in front of you before anything is booked.
  • Declining costs you nothing. No penalty, no reduced priority, no quiet deprioritisation on the next load.
  • It is in the agreement. Not a value on a page — a term you can point at.
  • Home time is a hard constraint. Entered on day one and planned around, not negotiated with each week.
  • You can leave on 15 days notice. The ultimate no-forced-dispatch guarantee is a door that opens.

Worth asking any dispatcher you are considering: what happens, concretely, the third time I decline a load? A service built around forced dispatch cannot answer that cleanly.

Also in writing

  • No setup or onboarding fee
  • No monthly minimum
  • No per-load surcharge
  • Nothing owed for a week the truck does not run
  • No commission on loads you found yourself
  • A written weekly scorecard from week one

The comparison

Us, a typical dispatch service, and doing it yourself

Self-dispatching

  • Board worked between drives, not all day
  • No market benchmark to negotiate against
  • 14+ admin hours a week, unpaid
  • Deadhead typically 18–24%
  • Invoicing when you get to it

Typical dispatch service

  • One dispatcher stretched across far more trucks than they can work
  • Forced dispatch clauses in the fine print
  • Voicemail nights and weekends
  • No reporting beyond a load list
  • Billing and compliance sold separately

MSM Transit

  • Max 4 trucks per dispatcher, in the agreement
  • Approval on every load, contractually
  • A human answer at 2am
  • Weekly scorecard with deadhead reported
  • Dispatch, billing and compliance in one team

Our commitments

Eight things we will put in the agreement

Ask any dispatch company you are considering to do the same. The answer tells you a lot.

No forced dispatch. Ever.

Every load is presented with the rate, broker, lane and appointment before booking. You approve. That is not a policy we advertise — it is written into the agreement.

A named dispatcher, not a queue

You get a person with a direct line and a briefed backup, and who manages no more than 4 trucks at a time — written into the agreement, so the phone gets answered.

Rate data, not rate guessing

Every negotiation starts from live lane benchmarks. We show you the market number and the number we got you.

A staffed desk at 2am

Nights, weekends and holidays are covered by people, not voicemail. We already run fleet operations around the clock, which is why a one-truck carrier gets the same desk.

Transparent, percentage-based pricing

One percentage of gross on booked loads, with accessorials like detention, layover and TONU left out of it. No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no per-load surcharge, no charge on a week you do not run.

You own your data

Broker relationships, documents and performance history are yours. Leave whenever you want and take the full archive with you.

Deadhead treated as a cost

Empty miles are measured on every load and reported weekly. Most dispatchers never show you this number because it is not flattering.

One team, front to back

Dispatch, documents, billing and compliance sit in one operation. Nothing gets lost in the handoff between vendors.

What we will not do

The honest limits.

Any company that claims no limits is selling you something. Here is where we stop.

  • We are not a broker. We do not take a cut of the freight — we charge you a transparent percentage and the rate confirmation is between you and the broker.
  • We cannot make a bad market good. When rates compress nationally, we work the margin harder; we do not pretend it is not happening.
  • We are not lawyers or insurance agents. We prepare, organize and coordinate — we do not represent you in enforcement or write coverage.
  • We will not take an account we cannot improve. If your current numbers are already strong, we will say so on the first call.
