The terms that govern use of this website. Dispatch services themselves are governed by the separate written dispatch agreement you sign.
Website use
This site is provided for information. Rate ranges, performance figures and case study results are aggregated from our managed accounts and are illustrative, not a guarantee of individual results.
Not a broker, carrier, law firm or insurer
MSM Transit provides dispatch and administrative services. We are not a licensed freight broker, a motor carrier, a law firm or an insurance agency. Freight contracts are between the carrier and the broker or shipper.
The dispatch agreement controls
Where anything on this site differs from your signed dispatch agreement, the agreement controls. Service scope, fees, notice periods and the no-forced-dispatch commitment are all set out there in writing.
Intellectual property
Site content, design and written materials are owned by us. You are welcome to share and quote the resource guides with attribution.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Service liability is addressed in the dispatch agreement.
