Choose your starting point

Every service, explained honestly

Most carriers start with dispatch and add billing within a month. Fleets usually start with the full operations package.

How pricing works

One percentage. On booked loads only.

No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no per-load surcharge, and nothing owed for a week your truck does not run.

Most popular

Dispatch

Load sourcing, broker negotiation, setups, rate confirmations, check calls and documents. The core service for owner operators.

  • Dedicated dispatcher
  • 24/7 desk access
  • Weekly scorecard
Best value

Dispatch + Back Office

Everything in Dispatch plus documentation, same-day invoicing, collections and factoring submissions.

  • Same-day invoicing
  • AR aging worked
  • Accessorials captured

Full Operations

For fleets of five or more: everything above plus driver management, compliance, fleet reporting and a weekly ops review.

  • Per-unit P&L
  • CSA & DQ management
  • Standing ops call

Why we do not publish a rate card: a single reefer truck and a 30-truck flatbed fleet are not the same work, and one published number would overcharge one of them. Your fee is a percentage of gross on booked loads, quoted for your operation and put in writing on the first call — before anything is signed.

Onboarding

What the first 24 hours looks like

01 20 minutes

Discovery call

We review your authority, equipment, insurance, lane preferences, home-time needs and current rate per mile. If we are not the right fit, we tell you on this call.

02 Same day

Onboarding packet

Authority, W-9, COI, NOA and dispatch agreement collected through a secure portal. One packet, once — we reuse it for every broker setup.

03 Day 1–2

Lane strategy

Your dispatcher builds a written lane plan: target markets, minimum RPM, reload density and home-time windows. You approve it before we book anything.

Free dispatch audit

Let’s find out what your truck should be earning.

Book a free 20-minute dispatch audit. We review your last 10 loads and show you — load by load — the rate we would have negotiated. No contract. No obligation. No forced dispatch, ever.

  • Reply within 1 business hour
  • First load usually booked in 24 hours
